Scheduling an Appointment

We do not take appointments by phone. All new appointments should be made online. If you are scheduling a microblading touch up (previous client) and don't see any online availability, you can email Monique@mavenbrowsociety.com

When scheduling an appointment online you will be asked for your credit card to hold the appointment for our 48-hour cancellation policy.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

Please note that by booking an appointment you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy and any credit card that you have on file will be automatically charged, according to the policy below:

 

Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will be charged $150 for any appointments 2 hours or longer or $100 if under two hours.

No Show appointments will be charged 50% of the total appointment cost before any discounts. No shows for a touch up service will forfeit the prepaid touch up.

(If you do not call at least 10 minutes in advance of your appointment, you will be considered a no-show.)

 

Late Arrivals

Please allow yourself enough time to locate us. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment start time, we may not have enough time to complete your service. If you are too late to make your appointment, you WILL be considered a "last-minute cancel" and will be charged accordingly.

Payment

We accept cash, Visa, MC, and Discover. Checks are not accepted.

Planning to Bring a Friend?

Because of our location in a salon suite, we don't allow friends or anyone else in the salon suite during your service. Guests are welcome to wait in the hall or in the front waiting area.

Planning to Bring a Child?

We know it's not always possible to leave your little ones with a sitter but we are a tattoo establishment. Anyone under the age of 18 is not allowed in the studio while microblading services are being performed.

Services for Minors

We are not able to perform brow microblading on anyone under the age of 18. Unless, there is a medical reason. We need advance notice, parent present for the duration of the appointment, and a Dr's note.
